from the English countryside of Northamptonshire. At 16, Nick left his home and spent four years in North London, where he joined the "Protec Football Academy' and 'Barnet FC'. In 2007, Nick moved to the United States and spent four years at Pfeiffer University, earning a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.

After graduating from Pfeiffer University, Nick served as youth Academy Director for Lake Norman Soccer Club before moving to Charlotte Soccer Academy, where he served as the USSDA Director. Nick led several LNSC and CSA to state and regional championships in their previous roles.

In addition to his work at the club level, Nick also served as an assistant for the Catawba College Men's Soccer Program and the North Carolina Olympic Development Program staff coach. Nick holds multiple coaching licences with the English F.A. and a USSF B Licence.
