FC ATHLETICO Senior Program (U15-U18 Boys & Girls)

In the Senior Program, our teams focus on skill development, team tactics, and character development.  Teams are preparing players to compete in High School, College, and beyond.  The program is designed to offer players and teams a healthy balance of training and competition.  Our teams at this level are competitive in the state and regional within tournament and league play.  Players participating at this level are required to show the discipline that reflects their ambition.  Travel for league and tournament competition is local and regional.

Match format: 11v11

Summer

  • Team Training Sessions - 2x per week for 5 weeks - 75 minute sessions
  • Pick Up Sessions - 3x - 60 minute sessions
  • FC ATHLETICO 6v6 Tournaments (Summer Kick Off, Mid Summer Sizzler, Championships)

Fall 

  • Team Training Sessions
    • Boys - Provided 2x per week during HS season - 90 minute sessions
    • Girls - 3x per week - 90 minute sessions
  • League/Friendlies - 7-9 matches
  • Boys - 2-3 Tournaments - 6-9 matches minimum (not including finals)
  • Girls - 4 Tournaments - 12 matches minimum (not including finals)

Winter

  • Team Training Sessions - 2x per week - 75 minute sessions

Spring

  • Team Training Sessions
    • Boys - 3x per week - 90 minute sessions
    • Girls - Provided 2x per week - 90 minute sessions
  • League/Friendlies - 7-9 matches
  • Boys - 4 Tournaments - 12 matches minimum (not including finals)
  • Girls - 2-3 Tournaments - 6-9 matches minimum (not including finals)
