Full Time Head Coach
The Full Time Head Coach position is designed for coaching professionals who are qualified in developing and delivering youth soccer curriculum. This position is ideal for professionals wanting to join a competitive, premier level club.
Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
Lead youth soccer players and teams in training sessions and games
Receive instruction and guidance on coaching best practices, strategies, and methods
Conduct and lead age-appropriate drills, scrimmages, and technical training sessions for children ranging in age from 4-18
Communicate with players, teams, parents, and coaches
Qualifications
A love and passion for working with children of all ages in a sports setting
A solid understanding of the rules associated with soccer
Experience working with or coaching young children
Excellent time management skills
Ability to deliver club philosophy and communicate effectively with club members
Additional Information
Reliable transportation is a requirement for this position. Travel required for training and games.

Soccer Coaching Intern
The Soccer Coaching Internship is designed for students who are interested in developing and delivering youth soccer curriculums. Students will gain knowledge and experience in writing and editing age-appropriate coaching plans, delivering coaching sessions, assisting with training, and more. This position is ideal for students wanting to aspire towards paid coaching positions and physical education instructors.
Successful completion of the Soccer Coaching Internship can lead to a paid coaching position.
Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
Work alongside experienced, professional coaches, observing live practical sessions with actual groups of children, something that is often missing from instructional coaching courses
Receive instruction and guidance on coaching best practices, strategies, and methods
Work with the education coordinator to develop, write, and edit youth sports curriculum
Conduct and lead age-appropriate drills, scrimmages, and technical training sessions for children ranging in age from 4-12
Assist at coach training and orientation events
Qualifications
A love and passion for working with children of all ages in a sports setting
A solid understanding of the rules associated with soccer
Experience working with or coaching young children
Excellent time management skills
Ability to deliver club philosophy and communicate effectively with club members
Additional Information

This is an unpaid internship with reimbursement of travel expenses. Volunteer hours, coaching licensing, and college credit is available.
